YOUR TRAVEL PORTAL BACK OFFICE: There is a lot of information and training in your back office. In fact the toolbox that you will receive in the mail is also in your back office, so you don't need to wait for the manual by mail. You will receive your travel toobox within a few weeks. In the meantime, click on this link to get you started. Click on everything in your backoffice and learn of all the valuable information contained there.

DOMAIN NAME: We recommend that you purchase your own personal domain name, right away. You can order this from anyone, but a few we recommend is www.godaddy.com or www.genesisdomains.com. You will want to order forwarding with your domain purchase, so that you and have it forwarded to your YTB site.
TRAVEL STORE/IMR APPLICATION: Along with your training manual, you will receive in the mail an application to fill out and attach a passport photo. You can get two cards, one for yourself and one for a secondary application, such as your spouse or partner. You will receive your travel credentials within 2-3 weeks, so that you can start saving on your personal travel! Keep your eyes open for the Biz Report emails that will be sent to you, or visit your marketing site every weekend and read them. The Biz Report contains up to date information on CRTA training, association training and more. Remember, being certified allows you to receive overrides.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT: If you have any questions for the customer support staff at YTB, their number is (618) 655-9477, or you can submit a support ticket from your back office (this is the preferred method). I have always used amberf@ytb.com as my contact with any questions.
